Earth drilling tools

We made a special tip to the drilling head. It cuts through stones and is self sharpening.

All the three shoulders, each have self-sharpening cutting blades with tungensten carbides embeded in a matrix of soft yet with hardness of Rc.60. The crushed W2C have many cutting edges and cut through materials.

Chopping tools for composting machinary

These tools are subjected to a combination of impact as chopper hits stones etc., with high speed, and wear coming from chopping action. Impact needs a softer and wear needs a hard surface. We achieved both by using softer yet tough matrix enbeding hard W2C particles in it.

An extra gain is that, W2C are always fresh and sharp scratch up the organic materials so that air contacting surface increases, promoting composting action. The top of the chopper will not become round but keeps sharp, because of the combination of alloys we selected.

Hammer head for cement industry

Note the sharp egdes it developes. We have many alloy combinations, like one for softer materials cement clickers and another for harder materials like stones, car crushing etc. Needs less energy, as it is obvious the sharp edges make crushing action easier with less energy. Another prominent acheivement is the hammer does not become shorter, loosing its hammering force.

Augers

Transporting very aggesively wearing materials.

We use very high carbon and crom alloy and W2C in nickel matrix, it gives not only longer life, but also a smother surface to fecilitate movement of the materials.

Air wheel for wet sand in the foundries

Sand flows at high speed resulting high wear. These were made from casted W2C as spheroid particles, in nickel, bor, silicium matrix, resulting in longer life.

Choppers

This again is our special achievement to longer life and sharp edges. We selected an alloy steel to give the sharp edges and hardfacing alloy too so that the wear is concentrated only at the edges. This keeps the length of chopper almost the same in all its life, thus the cutting force don`t decrease. The normal chopper becomes shorter and shorter loosing its cutting force.
