Hardfacing is a specialised job, it needs the knowledge of wearing factors, properties of hardfacing alloys, and applying techniques along with experience of different parts.

We have developed our own techniques. We among few others, master the process of adding Tungsten carbide powders to weld spools. We can change the grain size, vary the matrixes, thus we are able to give the exact wear resistant properties on the wear part. The part is vibrated while welding, thus giving better compactness of the Tungsten grains.

We combine special composition for our hardfacing alloys. We get them custom made from USA, Germany and UK thus benefitting from their know-how.
